Racial Justice
Diversity initiatives and inclusive work environments are not enough to resolve systemic racism in the US. Racial justice means financing Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) entrepreneurs. It means investment in neglected community infrastructure that has healthy food markets, affordable housing, community development, as well as access to clean, thriving natural parks and places.
