Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by the extractive nature of traditional finance. They often experience a “money freeze” or decision fatigue caused by financial trauma. I support you in navigating these emotional patterns so you can move forward with clear next steps and peace of mind.

As a woman of color and a highly sensitive person, I provide a unique lens for those with marginalized identities navigating a financial system that has historically caused struggle.

I am passionate about easing suffering around money. For women and people with marginalized identities it can feel like the money world does not include us.

My background includes:

  • Specialized training in Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry® and Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Life Coach Training to provide trauma-informed money coaching.
  • Extensive volunteer experience—from homeless shelters to Friends Fiduciary and the SER Summit—giving me a unique perspective on social justice in finance.
  • Expertise in releasing money shame and helping you reclaim your power in a way that respects your nervous system.

Creator and Host of Highly Sensitive Money Podcast

Additionally, as the creator and host of the Highly Sensitive Money podcast, I’ve designed a space to explore the intersection of high sensitivity, financial well-being, and social justice. Through this platform, I dive deep into how different people who are highly sensitive not only manage their money but thrive with it.
My main goal is to help listeners to realize that they can align their money with their personal values without falling into analysis paralysis or overwhelm.

I am a Quaker and social activist dedicated to moving resources away from exploitation and toward community-controlled, generative projects. Whether we are exploring fossil-fuel-free investment portfolios or community investing, my goal is to help you steward your wealth with an eye to environmental and social well-being.

I am passionate about divesting from fossil fuels and investing in solutions to climate change such as renewable energy and bringing investors to community controlled investments that transition us to a solidarity economy.
With my training as a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and as a coach, I bring clients both the personal and technical skills they need to make well-informed decisions for their future, bridging the gap between financial expertise and the deep, heartfelt conversations required to reach their long-term life dreams while providing the persistence to help them implement their financial plan.
